Processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic systems with organizational methods and technical measures adequate to guarantee data security. In addition to the holder, in some cases, the data may be accessed by others involved the organization of this application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrator) or external parties (technical service providers, courier mail, hosting provider, computer companies, communication agency) may also be appointed if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller.

Mandatory Nature

Data subject’s rights

  • Obtain restriction of processing. When certain conditions are met, the User may request limitations on the processing of his or her Data. Therefore, the Data Controller will not process data for any other purpose than their retention.
  • Obtain the cancellation or removal of Personal Data. When certain conditions are met, the Users can request the cancellation of their Data by the Data Controller.
  • Receive ones Data or transfer to other Holder. The User has the right to receive his Data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable when the Data are processed with automated tools and the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract measures connected to it.
  • Lodge a complaint. The User may file a complaint to the Competent Supervisory Authority for the Protection of Personal Data or file in court.

How to exercise these rights

Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this document. For these requests can be used the Form to exercise the right of Personal Data protection available thanks to the Privacy Authority: The requests are filed free of charge and dealt with by the Data Controller as quickly as possible, in any case within one month (if particularly complex, one month could be extended to 3 months).

Information for children

I think it is important to ensure further protection when children browse online. We encourage parents and tutors to spend some time with their children online, to observe, participate and/or monitor and guide their online actions. We do not collect minors personal data. Whenever a parent or a tutor thinks that our database has collected children’s personal data, please contact us immediately (using the given mail) and we will do our best to remove the following information as soon as possible.


This Privacy Policy applies to our online business and it is valid to our website visitors, concerning the shared and collected information.
